Meme lore
What is the We Have A Hulk meme?
This two-panel Avengers template pairs Loki’s confident expression with Tony Stark’s calm response. It is used to reframe a boast about having an army, advantage, or intimidating resource as a punchline about having one especially powerful ally.
Origin & history
The stills are from The Avengers (2012), featuring Tom Hiddleston as Loki in the upper frame and Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark in the lower frame. The recognizable exchange contrasts Loki’s larger-force boast with Tony’s claim that a single Hulk is enough, making it adaptable to many situations involving overwhelming backup or a decisive advantage.
