Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MagicMeme collects and how we use it. The service is magicmeme.com.

What we collect

• Account. Email address, session cookies, and whether the email is verified. Sign-in uses a one-time code, not a password.
• Workspace data. Credit balance, purchase history references, library artifacts, and consent records for face reference.
• Uploads you send. Face photos and other images you submit for generation. Face/reference outputs are stored in a private library and are not published as public shares.
• Payments. Stripe processes cards, Link, and agent Shared Payment Tokens. We receive customer ids, checkout or payment ids, and pack metadata — not full card numbers.
• Usage. Privacy-friendly web analytics (page views and outbound links) via a first-party analytics script. We do not sell a personal data profile to advertisers.

How we use it

To operate the product: authenticate you, generate captions and images, deduct or refund credits, fulfill agent face-swaps after payment, store your library, prevent abuse, and email sign-in codes.

Processors

We use vendors to run MagicMeme. Typical categories: hosting and object storage, Postgres, email delivery for OTP, Stripe for payments, and AI model providers (via OpenRouter) that receive the images and prompts needed to generate. Those providers process data to fulfill your request.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for sign-in and a local theme preference. We do not run a third-party ad pixel on these pages.

Retention

Account and library data stay until you ask us to delete them or we close the account. Payment records are kept as required for bookkeeping and chargebacks. Analytics are aggregated.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email hello@magicmeme.com. You can also stop using the service and request account deletion.

Children

MagicMeme is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account or upload photos of children for face swap.

International

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. If you use the service from elsewhere, you understand that transfer.
