Meme lore
What is the Hulk Giving Taco meme?
The Hulk Giving Taco template pairs a distant scene of Professor Hulk offering Scott Lang a taco with a close-up of Hulk presenting the taco. It is commonly used for jokes about responding to an overwhelming problem with a small but heartfelt solution.
Origin & history
This template is based on a scene from Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame in which Bruce Banner, living as Professor Hulk, offers Scott Lang a taco. Meme adaptations use the visual contrast between the serious-looking situation and the oddly specific food offering to express sincere but insufficient help. The exact origin of the captioned meme format is unclear.
