What is the Peter Parker's Glasses meme?
Peter Parker's Glasses uses two frames of Tobey Maguire's Peter Parker handling his glasses. Fill the right-hand panels with two images that look alike but imply very different things; the second image is the sharper, truer, or more absurd reveal.
Origin & history
The frames are from Sam Raimi's 2002 film Spider-Man, in which Peter Parker discovers that his eyesight has changed after his spider bite. In the film, his old glasses make his newly corrected vision blurrier; meme versions reverse that logic so the glasses frame a comic reveal.
