What is the Clown Applying Makeup meme?
Putting on Clown Makeup is a four-panel progression. The right column is baked stills of a man getting whiteface, then painted features, then a rainbow wig, then a red nose. The left column is blank white. Each caption is a worse argument or choice until the last panel admits you are the clown.
