Meme lore
What is the Genie Rules meme?
The genie lists three standard wish bans, then announces there are four rules. The joke is the implied request that was so bad it needed a new law. Caption only that wish. Do not rewrite the baked rules or the punchline.
Origin & history
Two stacked illustrated panels. The upper panel bakes in three conventional wish rules. The lower panel changes the count to four without naming the new rule, so the caption supplies the outrageous request. Authorship and date are unclear.
