Meme lore
What is the White Guy Blinking meme?
White Guy Blinking is a three-frame still of Giant Bomb video producer Drew Scanlon doing a slow double-blink (eyes open, shut, open). It is the “did I just hear that?” reaction — not a generic confused-man stock photo. The three panels are the GIF beat, not separate caption slots.
