Girl Running (also known as Chubby Bubbles Girl or Bubbles Girl) is an exploitable meme featuring a young girl in a yellow jacket running through a yard with a bubble wand, bubbles floating around her. The carefree image is photoshopped into chase scenes or labeled to show someone joyfully running toward - or away from - something.

The identities of the girl and photographer remain unknown, but the original photograph first appeared on 4chan's /b/ board on August 22, 2009. The meme spread to Tumblr within days and gained wider attention when BuzzFeed challenged readers to submit their own edits in September 2009.
