Meme lore
What is the Ted Skeptical Reaction meme?
This single-panel Ted reaction template features the living teddy bear from the film Ted with a flat, doubtful expression. Add a short caption above him to frame a bad idea, suspicious excuse, or disappointing situation.
Origin & history
Ted is the central character of the 2012 comedy film Ted, voiced and created by Seth MacFarlane. This still shows the character in a straightforward close-up, and later circulated as a reaction format because of the bear’s fixed, judgmental expression. The specific scene and earliest meme usage are unclear.
