Refund and Return Policy

MagicMeme sells digital products: credit packs and one-time agent face-swap charges. There is no physical merchandise to return.
What is free
Template browsing, the caption editor, AI caption batches within guest/signed-in limits, and watermark-free PNG downloads of captioned templates are not charged. There is nothing to refund on those.
Credit packs
Packs (for example 50 credits for $5, 150 for $12, 500 for $35) are prepaid. If you have not used any credits from a pack, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund that charge. Once any credits from that purchase have been consumed, the pack is not refundable.
If a paid generation fails, reserved credits are released back to your balance. That is not a card refund; you can retry or spend them on another job.
Agent face-swap (per swap)
Agents may pay a one-time amount (currently $0.50) through Stripe Machine Payments. If we deliver the image, that charge is final. If payment succeeds and generation fails, email us with the payment reference and we will retry fulfillment or refund the charge.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@magicmeme.com from the email on the account or payment. Include the date, amount, and Stripe receipt or last four digits if you have them. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved card refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
Chargebacks
Contact us before disputing a charge so we can fix a failed job or unused pack. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to account suspension.
