What is the Parkour meme?
The Parkour meme comes from a scene in The Office where Michael Scott, Andy Bernard, and Dwight Schrute yell 'Parkour!' while clumsily jumping on and off office furniture. It is used to label reckless shortcuts, dramatic transitions, or doing something the hard and unnecessary way while acting like it was smooth.

In the episode 'Gossip' (Season 6, Episode 1 of the U.S. version of The Office), Michael Scott decides to start the day with 'hardcore parkour,' leading Andy and Dwight to leap around the office shouting the word. The bit is intentionally un-athletic and destructive, which is why it landed as comedy gold.
