The Oprah You Get a Car template captures Oprah Winfrey’s exuberant reaction during her famous audience giveaway. The three-row collage is used to present escalating generous announcements — usually two individual “you get” lines followed by a group-wide “everybody gets” payoff.
Origin & history
The template uses television stills of Oprah Winfrey presenting an audience giveaway on The Oprah Winfrey Show. In the original segment, audience members were surprised with Pontiac G-6 cars, producing the exuberant pointing, hugging, and celebration seen in the collage. Online versions commonly pair the images with repeated lines such as “You get a...” and “Everybody gets a...” to turn any offer into an exaggerated giveaway.
