Origin & History

Tardar Sauce was born in April 2012 and photographed by her owner's brother, Bryan Bundesen, who posted the image to Reddit in September 2012. The cat's unusual appearance - caused by feline dwarfism - gave her a naturally grumpy face that needed no editing to read as annoyed.
