In Zoolander, Derek Zoolander is shown a model of a proposed school or center and objects that it is much too small, asking how children are supposed to learn in a building that cannot accommodate them. The visual of him presenting the undersized model, paired with the famous line about a center for ants, became the recognizable template for mocking disappointing scale, scope, or execution.
